Several rooms faced issues with air conditioning. Mine felt stuffy and hot. The decor shows signs of aging, and cleanliness in common areas could use some improvement. Wi-Fi connectivity was slow, impacting work online, and basic amenities were lacking, such as coffee-making facilities and appropriate toiletries. I also found the charges for parking and breakfast quite steep, further taking away from the overall experience.

Very clean, friendly staff and good value for money for a stay in Offenbach with my wife before flying to the uk. We can fully recommend this hotel-- also even though in the city it was very quiet.

The rooms were well-appointed and a nice size with view, everything was very good. It had a safe box, cable channels, and a mini fridge bar.

Family with children suitable getaway
The staff was attentive,. Breakfast was surprisingly good,, with a nice variety of options to choose from.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but it was still acceptable.

Nicely appointed and comfortable place with decent staff and good location in Frankfurt city center. Location short walk to the restaurant and bars, the Klingspor Museum and a nice park.

proximity to S-bahn
food in restaurant was not tasty. It was extremaly difficult to send emails with attachements from hotel room.

It's near the town centre and the staff were ok.
The fact that the sauna belongs to an outsider with an attitude put a downer on a relaxing stay with a sauna.

Good bed
Use of internet is not free, charge is € 16 per day for poor connection. Business hotel should have this for free in the (all ready high) rate for the rooms !!!!!!!!!!
